CrossHair Technologies, Inc (CTI) is a sub chapter S Corporation chartered with the State of Ohio.

They are also an approved entity registered with the Ohio Department of Development for the Technology Investment Tax Credit program. (TITC)

Investors, who qualify, may be eligible for a 25% credit on their Ohio income tax.

CTI works with the Regional Growth Partnership (RGP) located in Toledo Ohio. The Regional Growth Partnership (RGP) is a private-sector-driven and funded economic development company, focused to meet the needs of clients in a confidential, innovative and time-sensitive fashion.

It is the desire of the CTI Board of Directors to raise initial working capital through first round investors to allow for the development of multiple prototype systems.
